The Children’s Center at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento has teamed up with Together for Kids and children's hospitals across the nation to Walk Across America. Join other walkers to raise funds for our Children’s Center and help to better the lives of children in our community.
Our goal is to help bring better health care to more of America’s children by offsetting the shrinking funding for children’s health care from public and private payers. All funds raised by our local Walk Across America will stay right here in Sacramento to help our Children’s Center to address the most pressing needs of young patients in our community.

- Or you can just learn more about Together for Kids. You’d be surprised by how much you can help, just by learning more about who we are, why Together for Kids came to be, and the children and hospitals we serve.
When you register online, it’s simple to create your own personal page and tell your story about why you support the Children’s Center at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento. You can make a gift online, set your own personal goal, email your friends and family asking for their support, and track your fundraising progress! It’s fun and easy! Or you can print a donation form to use when collecting pledges from your friends.
Walk Across America is sponsored by Together for Kids, a new national alliance of 53 children’s hospitals and related organizations, including the Children’s Center at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, in 47 U.S. cities.
Between September 27 and October 31, the Children’s Center at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento will join hospitals across the nation in Walk Across America, a campaign to raise money to promote healthy lifestyles for kids and raise funds for seriously ill children.
