Welcome to our Sutter Lifeline program. Lifeline is the leading medical alert service recommended by hospitals and health care professionals.

Lifeline is a personal emergency response service that provides quick access to help 24 hours a day. At the push of a button, the subscriber is connected to a trained Personal Response Associate who will then communicate with them through a two-way voice communicator that has been installed in their home. The Associate will then assess the situation and contact a neighbor, family member or emergency services based on their specific needs.

The service helps individuals to maintain their independence by living in their own homes and also gives family members peace of mind that help is available to their loved one at the push of a button.
