The Electronic Intensive Care Unit (eICU®) Program is a high-tech surveillance system that provides round-the-clock monitoring of ICU patients. Our off-site monitoring station is staffed with full-time critical care physicians and nurses that are equipped with early warning systems to provide critical care monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Since the program was implemented at Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital, Sutter Davis Hospital, Sutter Roseville Medical Center, and Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, Sutter has seen an impressive improvement in patient outcomes including reductions in hospital mortality and patient's length of stay in the ICU.
